Obama Vs. Cheney!

Just so you know, Cheney's speech was NOT intended as a rebuttal to Obama's - Cheney's was scheduled weeks beforehand - but instead, the Obama speech was scheduled to try to pre-empt Cheney's. Did anyone hear a backfire?
