Our Senators Fail Us Again
The measure to remove authority from the EPA to regulate greenhouse gas emissions was defeated in the Senate yesterday. It went down 53-47. All Republicans and six Democrats voted yes. Senators Webb and Warner voted no. Senator Jay Rockefeller, a Democrat from West Virginia voted yes; yet neither of our senators saw fit to vote in our - and the country's best interest. The EPA can now run rough-shod over the entire energy industry. Let's pay attention to this. Anyone who knows more or has specifics on what's likely to happen, email me, please.
