It's almost the end of the day. I saw some of the memorials, but not all. I can still say FOR A FACT, I will never forget. The mother who called her son on United Flight 93 and told him to try to take the terrorists down, the woman who was on fire and has fought her way back, the family members who are so proud and have established memorial races, foundations, causes, whatever . . . make me very proud to be an American. Then there was Soldier Field this afternoon, with the unfurling of a huge flag and a VERY emotional National Anthem . . . I think a lot of us will never forget.
God Bless America!
