A letter to the editor of our local papers, except for a missed deadline with the Eagle and the FNP:
The last gubernatorial debate proved that Terry McAuliffe knows little to nothing about Virginia or governing. His cure for all Virginia’s ills was Medicaid expansion and all ills were caused by a Ken Cuccinelli vote or comment, according to McAuliffe. Cuccinelli was much more responsive.

If you missed
the debate, check the McAuliffe web site:
- His energy
plan is wind, clean energy and efficiency.
Wind?
- His
healthcare solution is Medicaid expansion, largely funded by “federal” funds – funds
from federal taxpayers – for a time, but would still cost Virginia taxpayers $498
million over five years and increase after that.
- His
“Women” issue page – yes, he employs the obligatory-for-Democrats
“scare women” tactic – says, “I strongly believe that women should be able to
make their own healthcare decisions without interference from Washington or
Richmond.” Really? What about ObamaCare?
Ken
Cuccinelli’s energy plan emphasizes natural resources, of which we have an
abundance in Virginia and which would add jobs.
He opposes Medicaid expansion – another federal program –and he doesn’t
have a “Women” issue. I guess he thinks
women are people, too? I plan to vote
for Ken Cuccinelli on November 5th.
