Tree Update - Festival of Trees, The Pointe at Mariners

I received two more contributions today - from Sandee Burt and Janet Poindexter - which, combined with the contributions from the meeting (Linda Barnes, Sue Palmer and ? - sorry!), brings us to total of $51. I think I have another $30 coming, but we will still be $9 behind the Humane Society. The winner will be announced on December 18th, so we've got to get our votes in. $500 is sitting out there, waiting to become ours . . . IF we all pitch in $5-$10 each!

Thanks to all who have contributed thus far; it's now up to the rest of us and I know we can do it!

By the way, Deedee and I will be there on the 18th "campaigning" for our tree, so if anyone else would like to join us, we would love to have you!
